   The more Mizzou talks about not playing KU in a bowl game, the worse it gets.  I like Eli Drinkwitz because he's unafraid and says things... this time... he's saying way too much and it looks bad.
   Ditto for Chiefs safety Justin Reid who, ridiculously, now says he was right about the Bengals.  Andy has to shut this guy up, fast.
   The Royals are not only bad, they are unlucky.  The draft lottery happened Tuesday night and it was nothing short of a disaster for KC.
   Elon Musk has provided clarity into how criminal the FBI has been the past several years rigging elections in America and it's likely the biggest government scandal of our lifetimes.

   Actor Kirstie Alley has died at the age of 71 after what's being described as a short battle with an aggressive cancer.  She was beloved by millions of Americans for her role on Cheers, which was a difficult role to take.  Alley was from Wichita, went to KU and had the audacity to support Trump in 2016.  These facts made a couple celebrity tributes to her life just a little selfish.
   Lawyer Harmeet Dhillon says she's running for chair on the RNC and she's got a decent sounding plan.  She's smart and tough.  But there is one huge problem for her that would probably keep you from hiring her as your football coach.
   We asked everyone to retain Kansas Supreme Court Justice Caleb Stegall in the midterm election and now you know why.  This man just resigned his cushy gig as and adjunct professor at KU's Law School over principle.  You want to hear this story.
   Missouri  pols are wigging out that their voters are demanding they legalize sports betting.  Missouri has dragged its feet but it will likely be good in the long run.  Missouri now gets to see what Kansas has done wrong and do better for Show Me state taxpayers.   This is imminent.
   A 19 year old American soccer player takes heat for something harmless and Tom Brady is getting credit where it isn't due this time.  Brady's Monday night comeback was a gift from the refs and the Saints.
 
   

Football Feast: Chiefs Can’t Beat the Best, Cats Win Big 12, KU & MU Bowl Matchups

   The computer says the Chiefs are still the favorite to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl but I'm not buying it.  It's pretty obvious now the Chiefs own their division but don't be the best teams very often.  Tom Brady in AFC Title game and then the Super Bowl, the Bills (except a :13 second miracle) repeatedly and of course Joe Burrow and the Bengals.  It's a very real problem.  Stan Weber is here to offer if is  a flashing yellow or a six alarm fire.
   Kansas State wins it's third Big 12 Football Championship in a thrilling, hard fought overtime game against TCU in Dallas.  This game had it all including some gritty, tough individual performances.  And, if it were two years from now, K-State would have one of the four byes in the 12 team playoff.  This year, not so much.
  KU and MU won't play each other in a bowl game and it's a complete joke.  We break down what went wrong.

  Patrick Mahomes appeared on Travis Kelce's podcast and has told some wild stories about how he got drafted by the Chiefs and makes it sound like he actually drafted himself.  We also preview the Chiefs/Bengals.
  The key to the Big 12 Championship Saturday is K-State's defense.  It's really that simple and I explain why.

   For weeks it's been reported that Apple is dropping Twitter from the App Store and a clash of the titans was coming.  That's when Elon Musk did what any practical businessman would do... he went to Apple HQ and met with  CEO Tim Cook.  After two minutes, this story went away.  What an example.
   Fed Chair Jerome Powell says nobody saw this inflation coming and he sounds like he's reading right out of the Dem playbook.
   Sam Brinton, the non-binary  nuclear advisor to the Biden administration that stole a $3000 designer bag from a carousel at the Minneapolis airport is a proud grad of a local college.  You gotta hear this.
   TV meteorologist Gary Lezak is retiring from the medium today.  But he's not retiring.  I'll fill you in on what my long time friend is doing next.
   The 12 team playoff is approved for college football beginning in 2024 and Mizzou Hoops has a huge December ahead.  The undefeated Tigers look great so far.
 

Good People Get Noticed, Dems Want Border Security, Lib Bar Fails, Pulisic Tough as Nails for U.S., 500 Die in Qatar, Chiefs Special Teams Fail

   It may be a sad commentary on society today but good, nice, friendly people stand out in our society and get noticed.  We can also use this to make a difference.  I'll share a couple stories about this audience the past couple weeks that will make you feel good.
   Four dem Senators, possible speaker Kevin McCarthy and the Supreme Court are all giant threats to Joe Biden's illegal border policy and he knows it.  Or his team knows it.  Now that dems are signing on... can we finally start turning people away?
   A craft beer bar in KC known for being a liberal activist hangout is closing because the liberal policies at the bar drove away all their customers.  You gotta hear this story.
   Christian Pulisic suffered a really, really painful double injury scoring the only goal in the United States' 1-0 win at the World Cup over Iran.  I'll take this dude on my team any day!
   Qatar is the host for the soccer tourney and they have admitted a gruesome, cruel statistic about hosting the even that has killed hundreds of people.
   The Chiefs special teams rank dead last in this area, Tiger Woods takes on Greg Norman and it's pretty clear TCU is in the College Football Playoff now... even with a loss.

Whining Solves Nothing, Supremes Hear Border Case, ”Bronze” Mahomes is Here, KU Deals w/Injuries, Cats Talking Big

   With so much frustration felt by so many conservatives after the last two years, it's pretty obvious that complaining about it all will do nothing.  This was a big issue at a speaking event I emceed Monday night and to be perfectly blunt, it's not who conservatives are.
   One of the ways to get change right now is through legal cases in front of the Supreme Court.  The illegal border policy case starts today as justices will hear arguments that the Biden administration is breaking the law.

  KU hoops was missing a couple players in an easy win Monday night, we'll have the latest on when they may return. 
   And K-State is feeling really, really good about beating TCU in the Big 12 Championship game Saturday.  Are they right?  Overconfident?  Or just providing bulletin board material?

   It's the Football Feast as we discuss just how easy it was for the Chiefs to beat the Rams, even though KC was sloppy at times.  The Bengals are up next and Cincy is hot as they're 7-2 in their last 9.  Stan Weber gives us the scouting report on the surging Bengals.

Hoops Teams are 18-0, Local Engineer Writes Action Thriller

   We hope you had a great holiday but it might not have been as good as the tasty turkey for the KU, KSU and MU basketball teams as they are now a combined 18-0 this year.  And the last two wins came with some deliciously good fortune.
   Then, you'll meet Michael Stewart.  Stewart is an engineer in Topeka who designs roads and highways and such and he's obviously a smart and successful man, raising his family as a great conservative.  Oh, and he listens to this podcast every day.
