    Reports are circulating that Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro turned down Kamala Harris, just as we suggested earlier this week.  It was a no win spot for Shapiro and it must be true because surely Kamala isn't really dumb enough to take Tim Walz.  Tampon Tim is already a disaster.  This is going to be fun the next three month watching this team fall apart.

   Tuesday is primary election day in Missouri and Kansas and we'll offer up who's running in the biggest races.  In national politics, a Kamala ally apparently leaked her VP choice this weekend.  It's a clown show.

   Disgraced former coach Jon Gruden, dressed in Chiefs coaching clothes, was on the field with the team this weekend in St. Joe.  We'll tell you why.
   Morgan Wallen wore a #7 Chiefs jersey for his show at Arrowhead Friday night where there was nothing but drama surrounding the event.  Of course he knows it's Butker's jersey but there is more to this story.

   Here come the parody songs and they will be glorious.  JD Vance, not Trump, nicknames Kamala Harris a chameleon and all due respect to Boy George, this is going to be a lot more fun that watching him dance.  Even Don Lemon agrees she's a fraud and not at African American.  You have to hear this.
   Olympic Boxing is taking the games to a place Britney Griner couldn't.  There is outrage over a man pummeling a women in women's boxing but very little over Britney playing hoops.  They are finally getting the publicity they've always wanted. 
  Vinnie hit a pair of bombs as the Royals keep rolling against the Tigers... but it's Bobby Witt that set a major league record Thursday night.
   The Chiefs seem to be taunting the rest of the league with their public display or deep passes in training camp and it's a blast for the fans.  What this may look like this season is scary.
   The first pre season game featured 7 kickoff returns, the best place to golf if you don't want windy conditions and our song of the week is a classic for the ages.

    Josh Hawley brought common sense to the Secret Service hearings and is demanding somebody, somewhere be fired for getting at least four people shot by an assassin.
   Mizzou has dumped it's DEI program under pressure from state Republicans and Mark Alford has made his pick for Governor in the show me state.
   In sports, the Royals win and get stronger with their roster.  Bill Maher roasts the Taylor Swift portion of her relationship with Travis Kelce and MU, KSU and KU are in camp looking forward to big football seasons.

    Bobby Witt Jr has been called the "Face of Baseball" by an opposing manager and now declared more valuable than Shohei Ohtani or any other player by an opponents announcer.  It's because we saw something Monday night we've never seen before... the greatest individual performance to close out the last two innings of a come from behind win.  Here's one to make your head explode: Is Bobby Baseball better at his sport than Patrick Mahomes?
   Jackson County has one politician living in Realville who says they need a proposal on the ballot to prep for losing both the Chiefs and Royals.  That's right, a financial preparation to take care of an empty sports complex.
    Kamala Harris is spending $50 million on an ad campaign even as almost all media are doing her work for her and social media are rigging the election.  Why not hold onto the money for awhile?

Olympics Don't Like You, NBC Falls So Short, Royals Pen Train Wreck, Butker is Back, Vance Schools Kamala, Trump Going Back

   It was pretty clear watching the Olympics opening ceremony that the people in charge of the games don't like you and don't care if you watch.  In the name of inclusivity, they are exposed as petty and hateful people trying to hurt you.  
   NBC Sports falls short with some bizarre primetime Sunday night programming with Mike Tirico and completely unfunny comedian John Mulaney that just confirmed for me that they don't care if we watch.
   The Royals lose two of three from the Cubs but are still in the playoffs as of today.  But there's something kind of scary lurking out there amongst Royals fans.  I'll tell you what it is.
   Harrison Butker made news around the Olympics but then Saturday got great news from his coaching staff.
   Kamala Harris attacks JD Vance as only being loyal to Trump and not to his country.  This is maybe the dumbest political I've ever heard a Dem make and Vance hit back ten times as hard with a million truth bombs.
  Google is suppressing searches about the Trump assassination attempt even as Trump says he plans to go back to Butler for another rally.

Real v Fake, Trump Getting Stronger, Tucker #1 Podcast, Chiefs Go Deep, Royals Host Cubs, Song of Week

   It didn't take long for America to see the real Kamala Harris is fake.  From an awkward staged fake phone call with the Obamas to a stunt gone wrong visit to a record shop to buy black music, Kamala is at her worst when we see her.  Donald Trump is the total opposite as he has crushed it this week with dose after dose of "real" statements and actions.
   Tucker Carlson has passed Joe Rogan for the #1 podcast on Spotify as I'll share thoughts of how podcasting reminds me of a revolution in the 1990's.
   The Chiefs are changing the game plan this week and they're going deep.  I'll play a clip from Stan Weber on radio yesterday on how and why the Chiefs are doing this.  It's going to be fun.
  The Royals have their best three starters against the Cubs this weekend then the back end of the rotation against the White Sox.  The next week of games are set up perfectly.

Biden Address is all Politics, Trump Demands Equal Time, DC Gone Wild, Jackson County GOP Making Progress

   Joe Biden's Oval Office speech was totally political even though his staff said it wouldn't be.  Shocker.  Dr. Jill is on the Harris train and it's full speed ahead to save America so we can keep funding wars, spend trillions to change the weather and pack the Supreme Court.  Oh, it was quite a dud from the fat lipped slurry prez.
   Trump is now demanding equal time from tv networks and he's right.  It's worth hiring lawyers to fight.
   DC almost melted Wednesday with Israel's Bibi giving a rousing speech, protesters demolishing the street and the FBI director saying he's the only person in America that never saw decline in Biden.
