Social Security Commish Quits, $4.7 Trillion Untraceable, Delta Crash Questions, Royals "Button Up" New Stadium, USA v Canada Again, NBA Tanks

   The acting commissioner of Social Security tried to block Elon Musk from getting in and when that didn't work, she quit.  Boy does this look bad for her and the whole SS system.  It happens on the same day we learn $4.7 trillion is spending has no category on the record and is essentially untraceable.  This mess should have been cleaned up years and years ago.
   What's up with that Delta crash in Toronto Monday?  Why don't we know what happened, who was flying the plane and why were other planes taking off and landing just fine?  I'm curious, I want to know if it had anything to do with Delta being the most woke airline in the world.  It kinda seems like reporters don't care about this story at all.
  Royals owner John Scherman says he's got a new stadium deal "buttoned up" but we get no details and nobody asked a follow up question when he met with the media in Arizona.  
   Team USA plays Canada again Thursday, this time in the title game of the 4Nations Hockey tourney and American players are saying this may be the biggest game of their lives.
   The NBA All Star Game is a disaster for the league and a great musician from an 80's band hopes to play guitar again.

   What a spectacle at the Great American Race Sunday as President Trump provides a fly-by and then takes the Beast out on the track as the pace car.  It was red, white and blue at its finest.  What a show.
   DOGE never sleeps and Elon Musk has posted some of his findings in our Social Security system.  Musk calls it "insane" and says it's like an amazing puzzle.
   CBS News spends Sunday attacking free speech on it's biggest shows and celebrates German officials for arresting people that post hate speech on the internet.  What's going on here?
   Mizzou uses a 15-0 second half run to blast Georgia while KU loses again.... this time at Utah.  What is going on with Bill Self's team?  He's not happy at all.
   The Royals sign pitcher Cole Ragans to a great contract and Tiger Woods says President Trump is going to help broker a deal between LIV Golf and the PGA Tour.  It's about time.
 

New Judge Slows Trump, Maddow Should Quit, KC ICE Raid Questioned, Stan Weber Conversation, Song of Week for KC

   A brand new judge appointed AFTER Trump won the election has put a temporary halt on stopping USAID foreign aid and this guy shouldn't even be on the bench.  Rachel Maddow at MSNBC should call it a career as she only works part time and now has really blown it with a story about Trump and Elon that may get her company sued.
   An ICE raid in Liberty is being questioned by the left but they aren't even considering the biggest question.  Are you safe eating in a restaurant where 12 people are working that are wanted by ICE?
   Stan Weber is here to transition to college basketball as we discuss the mighty SEC and the suddenly mundane Big 12.  We'll spend plenty of time on the Tigers, Jayhawks and Wildcats and where their seasons are going.  Also, a Chiefs season wrap up including Travis Kelce's future.  Stan is clearly the voice of reason and has a strong opinion on what's best for the Chiefs and Kelce.

   Trump says he's naming names soon on who spent how much where and if he does, it will be epic. It's all leaving people like Missouri Rep Cleaver, normally the calm one, springing a leak in front of a microphone.  Elon claims peopl born 150 years ago are receiving Social Security money and the EPA has found $20 billion that was tossed overboard after Biden lost... just because they could.  It's getting wilder every day.
   Speaking of wild, Pat Mahomes (Sr) is creating a circus around the family as he may enter the ring to fight against another former big league pitcher he's had a feud with for years.  This family cannot stay out of the news.
   Travis Kelce sounds like a beaten man that will have to change his mind dramatically to ever play football again.  The Royals report to spring training in AZ and an ESPN announcer has a really bad moment that he won't ever live down.

Trump's Record Win Streak, JFK Second Shooter, Disney & PBS Drop DEI, KU/KSU Win at Home, Perine Claims No Snub, Ned Yost Returns

   Let's call it a 23 day winning streak for President Trump but unlike sports, it's not just one win each day.  We are into the hundreds and hundreds of wins already in the greatest start of any presidency of our lifetime.  The latest is a prisoner returned home, turning Gaza into an international resort destination, FEMA firings and catching FBI agents that have turned on their country.  Amazing.
   Oh, and there's full transparency now with our leaders in DC and one House rep says there is a second shooter in the JFK assassination and we will learn details soon.
   Disney and PBS drop their DEI programs... another win.  Heck, things even changed almost instantly for KSU basketball when Trump took over as they win their 6th straight and four of those over ranked teams.  Tired of winning?  KU beats Colorado, Mizzou is up Wednesday night as a big fave over OU.

   We're over a month in and President Trump is riding high.  On Monday, he made threats to Hamas that could threaten is unprecedented standing with the American people.  We discuss the first real test his #47 Presidency.
   Of course, he's still himself as he battered Senator Liz Warren on Monday over a bureau he's shutting down... and he joked that sharks munching in the ocean don't care than he's bringing back plastic straws so neither should dems.  Hysterical.
   A crazy dude smashes up 25 cars in KCMO but that's just the start of the story.  Guess what happened after they caught him?  Also, Missouri lawmakers want to extend the biz agreement with Kansas to not compete against each other.  This is and was always a terrible idea and its another sign the Show Me state is worried the Chiefs or Royals or both may be heading to Kansas.
   Patrick Mahomes is defended by the numbers, Dan Orlavsky may be leaving ESPN as it was really strange on air Monday and baseball is on our mind.  The Royals are reporting to spring training and an incredible class of superstars will be in KC this week at the College Baseball Hall of Fame as the 2025 class.

Bourbon Street Blues: Eagles Crush Chiefs, Side Shows Are The Show, KU Fans Melt Down Too, Trump on Fox, Best Commercial

   There is no second guessing this one.  No, "what if's?"  The Eagles were so much better than the Chiefs in Super Bowl 59 it was shocking as America watched, and likely cheered, stunned at what they were seeing.  The better team won.  Easily.  Yes, this was always possible just like any game you play.  And it's as good of a lesson for the fans as it is the team.
   The side shows at the game WERE the show because the game was dreadful.  Trump jumped in like Trump does and hits Taylor Swift hard.
  Speaking of meltdowns, a loud group of KU fans have lost their collective minds as they are livid with Bill Self and longing for a new coach after K-State whipped the Hawks in Manhattan Saturday.  This is next level lunacy.

   The news in New Orleans is not all good as Tom Brady was not with the rest of the Fox Sports crew at Chiefs practice, according to reports. And we will tell you why we think that is.  Also, a reporter from KC that works for Telemundo Chiefs programming dies and an investigation is underway.  This is a really sad story as he was a single dad raising his child after the death of his wife.
   We go all things matchup here that is a must hear for Chiefs fans.  There are critical areas of this game, according to numbers, that should give an advantage to the Chiefs.  We'll fill you in so you can sound smart at the watch party on Sunday.
   Then, Stan Weber breaks it all down with the keys to the game and how to stop Saquon Barkley.  He even has a couple minutes to share his thoughts on KU at KSU Saturday in hoops.

   We didn't see this coming when DOGE starting looking into everything your government is doing with your money.... we are funding liberal media outlets to keep them alive.  You have to hear this.
   President Trump signs an order to ban men from women's sports and it's a huge win for women everywhere.  Then, the NCAA immediately falls in lines and appears to be thrilled to have guidance.

   Mizzou loses a roller coaster game on the road at Tennessee but there sure is a lot to like here.  And Royals GM J.J. Picollo comments on a huge change for the Royals this year.

NFL Ends Racism, Trump to Attend Game, Andy One More Year, R's to Local TV, Make Gaza Great Again, USAID on Leave, Plan for Iran

   The NFL has apparently ended racism in America as they will no longer call for it to be ended with logos on the playing field.  All joking aside, this is a really, really big deal as we keep reminding everyone we now live in a post racist/post cancellation free speech America.  What a glorious time to be alive.
   President Trump will attend the game, the first sitting president ever.  Andy Reid says he's back for at least another year in 2025, the Chiefs defense is on quite a playoff roll stopping running backs and costs for a possible parade are going to cost taxpayers. 
   The Royals will feature Sunday games on broadcast tv as they announce a new deal.
   Trump has quite a plan for Gaza that is similar to something I used to joke about at work 25 years ago.  And it's a really good idea.  The Department of Education is targeted for elimination, USAID is on administrative leave and a plan for Iran is dire if they get out of line.  Every day is a whirlwind for the Trump team.  Incredible.
