   Stan Weber is here to preview this week's games including the Chiefs catching a big break with the Jets in total turmoil and whether the celebrity power couple will be a problem.    House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has informed a whole bunch of reporters that don't want to listen that they now have records of a $250,000 payment from a Chinese national to Joe Biden's home address in Delaware when he was VP.  It's falling apart for Sleepy as he can't even control his own crazy dog.
   The Kansas Teacher of the Year works at a middle school just blocks from my house and I'm certain he's dedicated and hard working and really wants to teach kids.  But what he wants to teach them is the reason he was selected for the award.
   A female journalist at Daily Caller has written a wonderful piece about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce and how it cannot work because the pop star is a radical feminist.  She makes all the sense in the world.
   Tyreek Hill knows exactly what he wants to do after football but shouldn't have said it.

   If they gave journalism awards for inconsistency, the Kansas City Star would have the biggest trophy case in America.  The paper that called for me to be fired because I said Andy Reid's convicted felon sons were bad hires as football coaches is keeping a race baiting reporter that got facts wrong with a story and tried to pick a fight with an employee at a company he was trashing.  Of course, they didn't believe Toriano Porter was a wild liberal agitator until a video of him surface being "completely unprofessional" according to his bosses.  He broke at least three statutes in the employee handbook.... but they will welcome him back!   I smell a Pulitzer.
   Travis Kelce must really have  a crush on Taylor Swift as he arranged for Prime Social Rooftop to kick everyone out at 8:00 Sunday night so he could throw a private party that lasted until 2:00 am.  There's a lot to hate about Taylor Swift's whiny, complaining songs and her politics, but this is kind of fun being the cool city. 
   Joe Biden steps in it again botching LL Cool J's name and then referring to him as "boy."  Oh, boy.
   Fox News immediately cuts away from a Donald Trump speech the second he mentioned a name they won't allow to be mentioned on their channel, the White House continues to fret about a third party candidate and with shiny recruiting classes, the upcoming hoops season is shaping up to be a great one in the midwest.

Chiefs Make Swift Work of Bears, WR Rice Emerging, Tigers and Hawks Ranked, Huge Poll Lead for Trump, American Soldiers in Ukraine

   The Chiefs made swift work of the Chicago Bears with the world's most popular singer watching from Travis Kelce's suite.  We'll all remember this as the Taylor Swift game as the happy couple rolled out of Arrowhead in a hot rod convertible.  But there's a lot of football to digest from this one with a defense that could be dominant and a rookie wide receiver emerging as the top target.
   We talk Dolphins, Broncos, Cowboys the Steelers plane making an emergency landing at KCI on their way home Sunday night.
   Then it's all college as Mizzou and KU get wins to crack the top 25 and KSU beats UCF.
   The Washington Post has released a poll that shows Donald Trump crushing Joe Biden.  But it's the way they describe their own poll that's the best part of the story.
   And did you know a hospital in Germany is treating wounded American soldiers from the battle field in Ukraine?  It's true.

   This week, a store manager at O'Reilly auto parts in KCK, without a weapon, allegedly tried to stop two thieves that left one of them dead.  The details here are not all that well known just yet but the black DA that just charged the white store manager with 2nd degree murder charges says, "race did not play a part in the investigation."  Huh?
   Senator Rand Paul sums up the war in Ukraine and why we should stop supporting it in 60 seconds.
  That viral singer, Oliver Anthony, crooning Rich Men North of Richmond did what he said he wasn't going to do.  He signed a huge record deal with a giant corporation that reps Lizzo and Jonas Brothers.  
   KU coach Lance Leipold is being criticized by media in Utah that cover this week's opponent, BYU, just for telling the truth.

   The Chicago Bears are a hot mess.  A really hot mess.  Their quarterback is 5-22 in 27 starts and is blaming the coaches.  The defensive coordinator just quit and they have a road game at KC.  This is going to be fun.
   The Chiefs injury list includes a whole bunch of starters but it's a good week to have this issue.
   The Royals quest for a new stadium hits another roadblock and they will no longer announce their site this month, pushing it off for somewhere down the road.
   A school in KCK has to play high school football games in daylight after gunfire broke out last week.
   Merrick Garland's appearance in front of the House Judiciary committee was a slap in the face to the citizens of this great land.  Senator Ted Cruz has a Dem prediction you may have heard someplace before.
  Howard Stern is excited about the latest jab and a school district in Pennsylvania is opening Kindergarten this fall for a record number of twins.

KCTV5 Lawsuits Pile Up, Local FBI Agent Infiltrates J6, Trump Speech Roils Biden, Chiefs Set Record, Mahomes Wants to Punt, KC Ballpark Money Problem

   Three lawsuits have been filed by journalists in four months against the parent company of KCTV 5 News In Kansas City and I can't ignore this anymore.  It's right in the wheelhouse here at KKHI as I'll let you know just how ridiculous local tv news has become. 
   As the House investigates the failures of security from January 6 it is learned that an FBI Field Officer from Kansas City was dressed as a Trump supporter and apparently leading demonstrators into the Capital.
   When the GOP holds its debate next week, Donald Trump will be giving a speech to the United Auto Workers in Detroit.  You think the other candidates are getting played?  Well, wait until you hear what a couple of the Biden people are saying off the record about this move.
   The Chiefs set an NFL record with their win on Sunday and it's a doozy.  Patrick Mahomes tells Carrington Harrison of 610 Sports Radio he wants to punt in a game and the Royals still have a giant financing hole in their plan for a new ballpark.

   I was going to downplay the fact that Oak Park High School crowned a boy the Homecoming Queen this weekend because it just seemed too easy.  But now as the story has reached national outlets, those folks have done some digging and learned something even more shocking.
   Losing an $83 million fighter jet is a drop in the bucket for the cash the Dems are burning through.  Their biggest concern now?  Target conservatives with advertising to sway us to keep supporting money for Ukraine.  What a scam... Oh, and it's racist to boot.
   A whacky lib singer says she's leaving country music to sing for the oppressed.  Have fun.
   Patrick Mahomes got a lot more than money with his new contract... he got real power and leverage.  I'll explain.

Football Feast: Chiefs D Rocks, Mizzou Win for Ages, KU Escapes, Bill Self Blows It

   We are covering it all on the Football Feast as the Chiefs get their first win of the season behind a wicked great defensive performance.  Mizzou walks off a 61 yarder against K-State and it was pure pandemonium.  KU escapes at Nevada and I have some thoughts on Bill Self hanging on to a troubled player.
   Of course Stan Weber will join us with his analysis... belly up to the Feast!

   We have a clip of Nancy Pelosi describing how they smear Donald Trump and it's got a name.  Now the "Wrap Up Smear" appears to be setting in motion against Joe Biden.  This is going to be fun!
   A new poll shows where Donald Trump is today versus a couple weeks before the 2020 election and it's incredible.  He's got huge gains with voters in all the right places.
  Missouri Congressman Mark Alford has introduced the CABO act and it has nothing to do with sandy beaches or my favorite little dog.
