Sorry for the delay, I had to smash my computer with a sledge hammer before I got this podcast to you.
It's election day for some and election analysis for all of us we'll try to gather some voter sentiment info based on outcomes in Kentucky and Virginia. And locally... have Republicans mobilized enough to gain back their city councils, school boards and mayors?
The Dem freak out over Trump's huge poll lead over Biden has most Dems wanting Sleepy Joe to go away. But only one person matters... Barack Obama holds the key to who runs in 2024.
In Spring Hill, teachers and administrators bought books teaching masturbation, pornography and other crazy sex stuff to teach 14 year olds in health class. These books were NEVER approved by the Board of Education and it looks like a cover up occurred. But the worst part.... these books contain information about "rational" and "assisted" suicide. What the hell are we doing?
Sam McDowell of the Star has the best of the best observations from the big play in the Chiefs game Sunday and I wish I had thought of it. But I'll take a couple steps forward from Sam's thinking. This is just awesome.
KU big man Hunter Dickinson was better than great in his KU debut and has Jayhawk fans everywhere booking flights to the Final Four.
Jason and Travis Kelce did entirely different things on the their birthdays the past few weeks and the Kansas City Mavericks are off to a 7-1 start and packing the seats at 10:30 am on a Tuesday morning. I'll tell you why.

KKHI Computer Fail
Tuesday Nov 07, 2023
Tuesday Nov 07, 2023
Election Day is a really bad time to have a complete meltdown of your computer but that's indeed what has happened here at KKHI. A killer podcast was recorded, ready to roll and all systems were go. Until they weren't. My computer recorded and save today's podcast in a fashion that is inaudible and I'm not sending out.
After a complete shutdown and reboot, I'm hoping to do it all over again and get it to you a little later today. I've never done the same podcast twice so this will be interesting.
In the meantime, thanks to our friend Pete Mundo for having me on KCMO Talk Radio 95.7 FM that I recorded yesterday and it should hold you over for a couple hours. Thanks for your patience and I"m hoping the next version is recorded properly. Don't forget our sponsors at www.thekklist.com

It's the Football Feast as the Chiefs head into a bye week with a 7-2 record atop the AFC as KC rolls to a 21-0 halftime lead against the Dolphins in Germany then rode an insanely great defensive performance to victory. Stan helps us set the table for the second half of the season.
KSU coach Chris Klieman went for fourth and goal from the 4 yard line to try to beat Texas in OT and there's a lot more to this decision than the fourth and 4.
KU does it on both sides of the ball dominating most of the night in Ames to beat Iowa State. The Clones never got the ball with a chance to tie.
Mizzou, for the second year in a row, had a second half lead against the best program in America. We discuss putting this loss to Georgia in the rear view mirror and playing for a sensational season.
Also, Sporting KC advances to the Western Conference semi finals after beating St. Louis 2-1 in a wild setting at Sporting Park.

Conservatives that fight back... win. Jennifer Gilmore has been through quite a journey to get onto the Olathe School board and two years ago was speaking to the board when they cut off her mic and kicked her out. She filed suit, and this week, a jury sided with her that the district acted unconstitutionally. She asked for $1 and an apology, instead, the OSD spent over $250,000 fighting her. What a week as she's on the ballot and will likely be joining that board when she wins election on Tuesday. What a rock star! $1 richer.
Dems played "gotcha" with new speaker Mike Johnson by saying his bank documents are fraudulent. What a surprise when it was learned he has no bank documents as this congressman does it like you are supposed to. He's in DC serving the people in his Shreveport district living paycheck to paycheck. What a perfect speaker for these times.
Did you know the 5 fastest speeds recorded in the NFL this year were all by Miami Dolphins players? It's going to be quite a test at "Eurohead" Stadium on Sunday.
And Lee Sterling of www.paramountsports.com is offering 7 plays for $17 on Friday. Last week he added one to the special and went 7-1. Let's go!

There was only one Bob Knight. The legendary college basketball coach died at his home at the age of 83 after long illness and we will remember him for exactly what he was. A great coach, an outrageous character and a great American patriot.
In a story you may not have heard yet, a jury in a federal case in Kansas City has awarded home sellers in Kansas and Missouri up to $5.3 billion in damages for being over charged by realtors between 2015-2022. This is an incredible story nobody is talking about.
The city of Shawnee has gone all MAGA and residents seem to like it. It's so impossible to be a Dem in Shawnee that local liberal media outlets are trying to tell you both mayoral candidates are Republicans. This after a liberal city manager is ousted over a sexting scandal. It's red and it's wild in Shawnee where Mike Kemmling is the person to vote for.
Travis Kelce blasts the whole offense on his podcast and says it's time to refocus, we'll tell you Mizzou's best chance of beating Georgia and KSU and KU have their title hopes on the line with several others this week in the Big 12.

With the whole world focusing on Israel's response to Hamas terror attacks it occurs to this podcast host people are calling for the wrong cease fire. It shouldn't be in Gaza... it should be in Ukraine where a top advisor to Zelensky says it's all but over and Zelensky and Biden won't admit it.
Missouri Senator Josh Hawley sure would make a great Senate Majority leader after next year's elections and we've got an audio clip of him lighting up Alejandro Mayorkas to prove it.
Early voting turnout in elections most of us have never voted in is very strong. Who does that favor?
Tyreek Hill says he wishes this week's game against the Chiefs was at Arrowhead instead of Germany. Because of course he does. It would be bad for the Dolphins, but Tyreek would be the whole story, just how he likes it.
Eli Drinkwitz busted out another one of his cringeworthy statements this week in advance of the biggest game he's ever coached in his life. And in the Big 12, it's elimination week. KSU at Texas, KU at ISU and OU at OSU will pretty much set up the chase for the title.

Every now and then something so common sense comes up in DC it's guaranteed to be blasted. New Speaker Mike Johnson wants to send $14 billion in aid to Israel and he wants the $14 billion to be taken from the IRS. Brilliant.
A top advisor to Zelensky in Ukraine tells Time magazine the leaders are stealing "like there is no tomorrow" from the American taxpayers. Can't wait to hear how Biden responds to that.
We voted on Monday and there's a sea change taking place in our "non partisan" local elections as politicians are making it clear where they stand. We have examples.
Chiefs fans everywhere are complaining the team is going to Germany to play the Dolphins and it's a reflection of how spoiled we've become. Meanwhile, Dabo Swinney at Clemson has a spoiled fan base he may be losing after blasting a very young fan on his radio show. We will play it for you.
And hockey player Adam Johnson is dead after another player slashed his throat with his skate in a pro league in Europe. It's the most gruesome thing you've ever seen and it does not look like a freak accident.
And our Final Final is a hoops star gone broke finding out his wife has a dirty job on the side.

It's the Football Feast and after my thoughts on the big games, Stan Weber joins us to discuss the debacle in Denver. We should have seen this coming as the Chiefs offense typically struggles against the Broncos and the Chiefs always lay an egg on the road in October.
In Lawrence, the goal posts wind up in Potter Lake after KU beats #6 Oklahoma. I'm not surprised they won, I'm surprised they won without playing their best game. KU is a force.
In Manhattan, the weather conditions provided for a much cleaner game as KSU has just played 8 quarters of nearly perfect football at home winning 41-3 and 41-0 back to back. They are coming on.
And Stan previews Mizzou at Georgia Saturday.
Then, Sporting KC is one of the most remarkable stories in sports this year as they are on the verge of knocking out the 1 seed in the MLS Playoffs. And our Final Final is a baseball fan with a crystal ball that really works.

Knocking on Doors for Joe Karlin and Mark Charlton
Friday Oct 27, 2023
Friday Oct 27, 2023
As you know, we've been working hard in west Lenexa for Joe Karlin for Mayor and Mark Charlton for council in Ward 2. What I've learned about registered Republicans is pretty enlightening and I share some stories including a hilarious encounter with the man running against Charlton.
Then, for those we met, here's Joe Karlin in his own words for you to hear, not my ramblings. Right at the top of the page for the weekend as many of you were having trouble finding it.

We've got a full show for you on a large number of topics including a "secret memo" indicating a new stadium for the Royals could cost 6 times as much as the Royals claim.
The Missouri High School Athletic Association ends a small school's volleyball season before the state semi finals fort the most ridiculous reason you've ever heard. What a bunch of clowns.
Did you know a man climbed a fence at RFK jr's house trying to get to him and was arrested? Did you know the man came back after being released? Did you know RFK is getting 14% of the vote in some polls and despite his family's history with assassinations, he has no help from Secret Service? Even Iranian ministers threatening America have that service while in the country. Amazing.
Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross is back practicing and could play Sunday after being arrested. The computer says OU has an 87% chance of beating KU and I'll tell you why I think that's nuts and Lee Sterling of www.paramountsports.com is here with this weekend's pigskin picks.
