   You may know by now that yours truly, Podboy, made a really stupid mistake on Friday's episode while editing the final version.  I placed last week's picks with Lee Sterling of www.paramountsports.com in this week's episode.  What happened over the next few hours was the wildest swing of emotions you can imagine.  I'll explain.

 Update: Your idiot host edited last week’s Lee Sterling picks onto this podcast.  I’m at the Camo to College charity event and cannot fix this until later today.  I will publish Lee as a separate pod and you won’t miss any of his picks.  I’m very sorry.
 New Chiefs receiver DeAndre Hopkins is ready to rock in his first game the Chiefs and we'll hear his thoughts on joining the team.  If he's like all these other players getting traded, expect him to make a splash right away.
   The Sunflower Showdown in football and basketball has been embarrassing for as long as everyone can remember and it doesn't feel like this year is going to change that much.  Are fans of both schools really happy with this arrangement?
   World Series tickets are expensive in LA for game one.... but wait until you hear the prices at Yankee Stadium when the Fall Classic goes to New York.
   MSNBC's data guru says Kamala Harris' poll numbers are "off a cliff" in the only metric that really matters.  It's so bad, when you combine her numbers with actual early voting totals, the computer now says Trump has a 91.9% chance of winning.

12 Days to End an Era, Projections are Guesses, Kunce Event Details Emerge, Brady Cook Doubtful, Chiefs Describes Getting Cut, CFB Ratings Surge

   Whoever thought they had to get Kamala Harris out in front of people to win this race is looking pretty stupid after a disastrous town hall event with CNN's Anderson Cooper.  He was a pro, she was not.  And that's all anyone could see.  If Trump wins in 12 days it's the end of the Obama Era after 18 years as so many Dems appear to be leaving their party.
   These confident pollsters claiming Trump could have this thing won before election day have lost their minds.  GOP early voters are showing up by the millions.... but doesn't that mean we have no idea how many will show up on election day?
   Missouri Dem Senate candidate Lucas Kunce had a gun range photo op go wrong when a reporter was injured by flying fragments.  But it's worse than that as details emerge about just how dangerous it all was.
  Mizzou quarterback Brady Cook is doubtful Saturday but still has a chance to play, a former Chief describes the team as cold and cut throat in how they release players and college football ratings are through the roof this year.

Chiefs Trade for Stud WR, Harris Blitzed in AZ, Trump Photos Iconic, KC Reporter Shot at Kunce Event, KSU/KU & MU in Focus, Auction Ball Sets Record

   The Chiefs are NEVER afraid to deal draft picks to get what they need now and it's been one of the most important tools they've used in this championship era.  Now, they've done it again picking up wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins from the Titans.  This seems too easy for KC.
  After spending a few days in Phoenix it's pretty clear Kamala Harris is in trouble in Arizona.  She's down in the polls and getting pummeled by one particularly effective ad.
   Meanwhile, Trump has created an iconic photo that's second only to the famous picture of him after he got shot.  Yes, the McDonald's drive through images, in contrast to the shooting photo, will be remembered forever in this campaign.  What a legend.
   A reporter for a local tv station takes a bullet fragment at a Lucas Kunce political event as it now seems every democrat, everywhere, is having a really bad time.
   Big games in college football this Saturday as KU and K-State meet in Manhattan while Mizzou goes to Alabama.  Pop some corn, it's going to be an epic day.
   And a baseball from this season sells for a higher price than any ball in any sport in history.

   Pete Mundo from KCMO Talk Radio 95.7 is back for a few minutes today to discuss the big issues in Kansas including the odds of getting Sharice Davids out of Congress.  Also, Pete shares his insights into the Dems pouring money into the state to break the super majority held by the GOP in Topeka.
   Johnson County DA Steve Howe is here to discuss his re-election bid.  There will be a new sheriff in Joco and Doug Bedford shares his plan to keep the county safe with tough on crime law enforcement.  Then, Mark Hammill is running for commissioner in a race the ballot won't show you party affiliation.  We are two weeks out... let's go!

Kamala Interview was Couples Fight, Whiteman B-2's in Action, NCAA Changes Rule in 3 Days, Clark Hunt on Stadium Deal, Seinfeld Crushes It

   The Kamala Harris interview with Brett Baier on Fox News lacked a lot and couldn't possibly have swayed anyone that's "undecided."  She never talked policy and simply bashed Donald Trump in an effort to motivate Trump haters to turn out at the polls.  But mostly, it looked like a husband and wife having a fight over a serious topic because, pardon me for being a man, the wife refused to address the issue and threw it back at the man.  Boy am I in trouble with this podcast.
   The Pentagon says the B-2 bombers were active this week hitting multiple targets in Yemen... we have  the details.
   Give the NCAA credit, just days after the coach at Oregon committed a penalty on purpose to gain an advantage, they've announced a rule change immediately.
  Clark Hunt talked about a number of things concerning stadium issues for the team.  But two things not really reported anywhere else stood out to me.
  Tom Brady is in crosshairs over conflicts of being a broadcaster and a part owner of the Raiders, CFB has a huge showdown Saturday night and the great Jerry Seinfeld knocks it out of the park for Fox Sports coverage of the NLCS.

  Mayor Q's KCMO leads the nation in percentage of homeless people not in shelters and it's yet another ugly mark on his record of violence and chaos.  Wait until you hear these numbers.
   One family in a small North Carolina town suffered unspeakable tragedy during hurricane Helene and most of it was due to heroism.
