   Kansas City fancies itself America's best college basketball town but we learn once again, nothing is further from the truth.  With KU out of the Sweet 16, you can get into the games here Friday night for a song.  In New York and Vegas, the cheapest ticket to a game is TEN TIMES the price in KC.  This is embarrassing.  Will Kansas Citians shun World Cup tickets the same way if team USA isn't here?
